Refund and Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to ticket purchases made through the godink.la application.

  • All Sales are Final: Once a ticket is purchased, it cannot be refunded, exchanged, or cancelled by the purchaser under any circumstances (including personal reasons, illness, or scheduling conflicts).
  • Event Cancellations: If an event or concert is officially cancelled by the Event Organizer, you will be entitled to a refund. Refunds will be issued for the face value of the ticket (excluding non-refundable processing fees, if applicable).
  • Event Postponements/Rescheduling: If an event is postponed or rescheduled, your ticket will remain valid for the new date. No refunds will be issued for rescheduled events.
  • Refund Process: In the event of an official cancellation, our team will contact eligible ticket holders and request the required bank account information to process the refund. Please allow 7-14 business days after you submit the requested bank details for the funds to appear in your account.
  • Line-up Changes: For events with multiple artists or performers, changes to the lineup do not qualify for a refund.
